PROPRIETARY METHOD OF INSTALLATION — All rubber surfaces will shrink and expand with age and seasonal temperature extremes. This is why our tiles are produced larger than the installed dimension – to account for shrinkage and expansion. duraSAFE tiles must be installed under extreme compression and our proprietary installation methods allow us to achieve this. In addition, we are also the only company to glue each tile seam together after the installation is complete. This not only holds the tiles together, but also repels dirt and debris from settling within the seams. This settling of debris beneath the surface can lead to significant problems in the future.
